Fixed Wing Pilot - King Air C90 - Gillette, WY
Aviation professionals are invited to apply for the position of Fixed Wing Pilot, operating a King Air C90, in Gillette, Wyoming. The pilot will provide critical medical air transportation services to customers, flying scheduled shifts on a 14/14 schedule, both day and night. Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: \$95,725.98 - \$105,298.54
- \$15,000 Sign-on Bonus (after successful completion of training/checkride; NO training contract)
- \$40,000 Retention Bonus (6-month wait period; 3-year program)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of medical experts to safely transport patients to and from various locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to all relevant manuals, FAR regulations, and company requirements; maintain aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record-keeping for shifts and load manifests.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide comprehensive shift change information to the transitioning pilot and team, following established protocols for recording company change board details.
- Maintain all required certifications and participate in ongoing ground and air training.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) rating required. Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.
- 2,500 total flight hours.
- 2,000 fixed-wing hours.
- 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours.
- 500 cross-country hours.
- 500 multi-engine hours.
- 100 night hours.
- 75 instrument hours (50 actual).
Working Conditions:
- The position requires working in outside weather conditions.
- The pilot may need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering it in and out of the hangar, and prepare the plane for flight.
Physical Demands:
- The role requires standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- The pilot may assist with loading patients, with a lifting requirement of up to 70 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
