JOB SUMMARY
As a Recruiter for emergency medical professionals, you will lead the way expanding our business as you identify and build strong relationships in the industry. We are seeking a former or current pilot or someone with an Aviation background with the creative drive and expertise to interview and hire professional pilots.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Leaders to understand their staffing needs.
Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring decision making.
Ensure compliance of department leaders regarding the recruitment process.
Ensure all aspects of recruitment process comply with affirmative action reporting including documented interview notes, etc.
Partner with the local operations and/or human resources teams to set-up interviews in partnership with department leaders.
Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing.
Cold calling
Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Formerly held or currently hold a pilot's commercial license or in-depth understanding and knowledge in Aviation due to background/work experience
Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking & ability to execute results
Ability to overcome objections
Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth
Excellent work ethic
Good attitude and desire to make a difference
Part 135 experience (preferred)
Social Media/Marketing experience (preferred)
Microsoft Office: MS Teams Excel spreadsheets Outlook
