A220-300 Captain Opportunity in the Baltic Region

A prestigious airline in the Baltic region is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Captain to operate the A220-300 aircraft. This full-time, onsite position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization.

Position: TR/NTR Captain on A220-300

Location: Headquarters in the Baltic region

Work Model: Onsite, Full-time, Shift-based

Compensation: An attractive annual average base salary of 8,900 EUR per month (inclusive of 60 block hours per month), will be offered, effective from January 1, 2025.

Sign-on Bonus: A generous gross sign-on bonus of 15,000 EUR is available for candidates commencing employment between September 2024 and May 2025, distributed in several installments.

Qualifications:

  • Valid EU Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Valid EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours in CAT operations on modern EFIS, FMA, and FMS equipped aircraft.
  • A minimum of 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplanes (CS-25).
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of command experience on a CS-25 aircraft.
  • A clean criminal record.
