EASA Medical Class 1

ICAO English language proficiency, at least Level 4

German language proficiency at native speaker level or at least Level B2, or native English speaker level or at least Level B2

Minimum of 4,000 total flying hours, including at least 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on aircraft exceeding 20 tonnes

Valid EU passport and authorization to work in the EU

General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification

Valid background check in accordance with legal requirements

Leadership qualities with a high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
