Pilot-in-Command – Air Rescue Operations

This pivotal position is integral to our life-saving missions, requiring uncompromising commitment to safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Flight Experience: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time, specifically accrued on FAR Part 25 certified aircraft.
- Type Rating: A current and valid type rating relevant to DRF Luftrettung's advanced fleet is an essential prerequisite.
- Pilot License: A valid European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is strictly required.
- Medical Certification: Possession of a current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- English Language Proficiency: Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) at Level 4 or higher.
- Visa Sponsorship: Please be advised that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
