GFD, a prominent aviation services provider, is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aviation Instructor. This critical role is based at one of GFD's strategic locations in Germany, specifically Laage, Neuburg, Nörvenich, or Wittmund.

Role Overview & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical flight instruction, significantly contributing to the advanced training and operational readiness of pilots. Key responsibilities for this pivotal role include:

• Developing and implementing engaging training curricula and educational materials tailored to specific aviation programs.
• Conducting detailed evaluations and assessments of pilot performance, providing clear, constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring strict adherence to industry-leading safety protocols, aviation regulations, and performance benchmarks during all training activities.
• Maintaining meticulous and accurate training records and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of training programs, methodologies, and instructional techniques within GFD.
