Position Overview

FlyUSA is actively seeking a distinguished Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment efforts within the dynamic aviation sector. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and secure highly qualified professionals across all areas of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, ensuring FlyUSA continues to attract and retain industry-leading expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to meet the diverse talent needs of the aviation industry.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates within the aviation and aerospace fields.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to position FlyUSA as an employer of choice in the aviation community.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the aviation or aerospace industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans.
• Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
