The Opportunity

FlyUSA is actively recruiting a distinguished Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead recruitment initiatives. This executive position is instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing highly qualified professionals across all facets of our aviation enterprise. The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and implementing strategic sourcing and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet FlyUSA's current and future workforce needs.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
• Leverage diverse recruitment channels and platforms to attract a high caliber of aviation professionals.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the aviation sector.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a proven track record in talent acquisition, preferably within the aviation or a related industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. A strategic mindset and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
