Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following essential criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a minimum height of 158 cm, in strict adherence to aviation safety regulations.
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, aligning with flydubai’s rigorous grooming standards.
- Ensure no visible tattoos are present while in uniform.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Be in excellent health and capable of successfully passing a comprehensive aero medical examination.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
- Exhibit confidence in water, particularly when utilizing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Be willing to work irregular hours, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Display an enthusiastic and proactive approach, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering superior service.
- Be respectful, adaptable, and eager to thrive within a multi-cultural team environment.
- Possess a strong safety-conscious attitude and the ability to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.

Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is essential, ideally within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
Training Bond
A training bond equivalent to approximately USD 2,650 (or AED 9,700) is applicable for the first year of employment.
Remuneration Package
- Basic Salary + Housing Allowance + Transportation Allowance: AED 8,275 per month.
- Variable Flying Pay: An average monthly payment of AED 4,500, calculated based on approximately 90 flying hours.
