The Role of a Cabin Crew Professional
The Cabin Crew professional operates as an integral member of a dynamic and multicultural team, dedicated to ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for flydubai's diverse global customer base. Key Responsibilities & Candidate Profile
Role Requirements:
- Age: A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- Physical Standards: Possession of a minimum height of 158 cm, in strict adherence to aviation safety regulations. Excellent health is paramount, with the proven ability to successfully pass a comprehensive aero medical examination. Confidence in water, including the ability to perform effectively while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket, is also required.
- Appearance & Presentation: A consistently well-groomed and professional appearance, strictly adhering to flydubai’s esteemed grooming standards. No visible tattoos are permitted when in uniform.
- Documentation: Must hold a valid, unexpired passport.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in additional international languages is considered a significant advantage. The candidate must be highly respectful, adaptable, and capable of thriving within a diverse, multi-cultural team environment.
- Operational & Adaptability: Availability and willingness to work irregular hours, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts. An enthusiastic and proactive approach, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, is crucial.
- Safety & Compliance: Possession of a strong safety-conscious attitude and the proven ability to respond to and manage emergencies in a calm and highly effective manner.
- Relocation: Preparedness to relocate and reside in Dubai, UAE.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Education: Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a direct customer service role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Aviation Experience: Prior international aviation experience is highly regarded and considered a significant asset.
Training Bond:
A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the initial year of employment.

Remuneration Package:
The comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive basic salary combined with housing and transportation allowances, totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month. Additionally, variable flying pay, averaging approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours), further enhances the remuneration.

Information Security Responsibilities (ISR)
The successful candidate is expected to diligently read and comply with all Company ISR policies, promptly reporting any identified weaknesses or incidents to their respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completion of all mandatory ISR awareness sessions and strict adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations are fundamental requirements of this role.
