About The Role
The Cabin Crew member is an integral part of flydubai's operational team, responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety and service. This role involves proactive engagement with passengers, effective teamwork, and adaptability to the dynamic environment of commercial aviation.

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Delivering exceptional and personalized customer service, enhancing the overall passenger experience.

- Collaborating effectively within a diverse, multicultural team environment to ensure seamless operations.
- Responding calmly and efficiently to inflight situations, including emergencies, with professionalism and sound judgment.
Qualifications and Requirements
Role Specific Requirements:
- A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with aviation safety regulations.
- Possession of a valid passport.
- Excellent health, with the ability to successfully pass an aero medical examination.
- Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Confidence in water, including the ability to swim while wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance, in strict adherence to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts, adapting to a demanding aviation schedule.
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong adaptability and respect for diverse cultures, thriving in a multicultural team environment.
- A paramount commitment to safety, demonstrating the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Previous international aviation experience is a distinct advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive remuneration package, including basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance (approximately USD 2,252 per month).

Information Security Responsibility (ISR) Requirements
All employees are required to read and comply with the Company's Information Security Responsibility (ISR) policies. This includes diligently reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team, completing all mandated ISR awareness sessions, and adhering to associated guidelines in daily business operations.
