As a flydubai cabin crew member, one becomes part of a dynamic, multicultural team responsible for ensuring a unique, safe, consistent, and reliable inflight experience for a diverse customer base.

Role Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
Well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
No visible tattoos while in uniform.
Possession of a valid passport.
Good health, with the ability to pass an aero medical examination.
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Confident in the water when wearing a flotation aid/life jacket.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
Enthusiastic and proactive, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Respectful, adaptable, and willing to work in a multi-cultural team environment.
Safety-conscious attitude and ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Minimum Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
International aviation experience is an advantage.
One year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or retail.

Compensation and Benefits:

Training Bond: Approximately USD 2,650 for the first year.
Monthly Compensation: Approximately USD 2,252 (Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance).
Variable Flying Pay: Approximately USD 1,200 per month (based on an average of 90 flying hours).

ISR Requirements:

Reads and complies with the Information Security Requirements (ISR) policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
