First Officer
The First Officer serves as the Second in Command, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. This position demands unwavering adherence to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence, acting under the direct guidance and directives of the Captain or Aircraft Commander.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, providing continuous input and support to maintain safe and efficient flights under both normal and non-normal conditions.
- Acts as a dedicated brand ambassador for the airline, consistently upholding exemplary standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance, particularly while on duty.
- Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the duty of care and welfare for all crew members and passengers.
- Collaborates effectively with the Commander to oversee and ensure the correct fueling, appropriate baggage and cargo loading, and comprehensive servicing of the aircraft.
- Ensures the diligent execution of all duties as precisely specified within the instructions and procedures detailed in the company's Operations Manuals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
- Minimum flying time requirements:
- 225 hours for candidates aged 20-34.
- 1,000 hours for candidates aged 35-50.
- Successful completion of the GCAA Air-law exam (applicable to foreign license holders).
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
- Possession of a 1st Class Medical certificate from ICAO.
- Current Commercial Pilot License (CPL)/Instrument Rating (IR) with Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) for Frozen ATPL.
- Proof of completion of military service or military exemption (preferred).

Compliance and Information Security Responsibilities
- Reads, understands, and rigorously complies with all Company Information Security (ISR) policies.
- Diligent reporting of any security weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
- Completes all mandatory ISR awareness sessions and adheres strictly to associated guidelines in daily business operations.
