Core Responsibilities
The Aviation Training and Standards Manager drives operational excellence through robust training development and execution.
- Establishes, designs, and formally documents all company-approved ground and flight training programs tailored for flight crewmembers, check airmen, instructors, and supplementary operations personnel.
- Holds primary responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of all internal training programs, including associated systems, instructional aids, and training devices, ensuring peak regulatory compliance and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
The successful candidate must possess a blend of specific certifications and technical knowledge critical to safe and efficient corporate flight operations.
- The candidate must possess and rigorously maintain a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) First Class Medical Certificate.
- Requires comprehensive operational familiarity with corporate aircraft dispatch support systems, including expertise in aircraft performance monitoring, precise weight and balance calculations, sophisticated flight planning programs, and all associated current industry-standard hardware and software.
- Must demonstrate robust intermediate proficiency in general computer applications and software, with specific emphasis on the effective utilization of Microsoft Office products.
