Aviation Pilot Training and Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced aviation professional to join our operations team. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive indoctrination training for new pilots and providing refresher training for experienced flight crew members. The successful candidate will oversee the evaluation of pilot performance, ensure accurate reporting to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and foster a positive operational culture by addressing subordinate performance and morale to maximize organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Execute indoctrination training programs for incoming pilots.

Deliver refresher training modules for experienced flight personnel.

Review and analyze pilot performance reports and manage formal submissions to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Engage with subordinates to address operational and personal concerns to support operational efficiency and team morale.
Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 2,500 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 500 hours of turbine pilot-in-command (PIC) time within a Part 135 environment.

Minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a pilot-in-command in Part 135 operations within the 6 years preceding this position.
