Aviation Training Specialist

Job Summary

The Aviation Training Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training programs. This role involves the development and preparation of high-quality training materials designed to meet diverse client needs and adhere to applicable curricula.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pilot ground training sessions.
  • Facilitate simulator training for clients.
  • Develop and prepare training materials that support effective training delivery.
  • Ensure training meets client requirements in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state.
  • Alternatively, if an ATP certificate is not held, candidates must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
