Key Responsibilities
The Aviation Training Specialist is expected to perform the following duties, contributing directly to client success and operational safety:
- Manages and executes comprehensive pilot training sessions, encompassing both advanced simulator instruction and detailed ground school courses, for clients engaging in core, specialty, or professional enrichment programs.
- Designs, develops, and refines essential training materials, ensuring the effective delivery of the curriculum and alignment with client-specific educational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Professional Qualifications
Candidates must meet the rigorous standards necessary for this highly specialized role:
- Possession of an unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- Applicants without an ATP certificate must satisfy the demanding criteria detailed in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without the inclusion of a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- The selected candidate must be capable and willing to participate fully in the company's mandated Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
