Aviation Instructor and Curriculum Development Specialist
The organization is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Aviation Instructor to join its elite training division. This pivotal role involves the delivery of world-class pilot training and the meticulous development of specialized instructional materials, ensuring optimal client proficiency and strict adherence to global aviation standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Instructor is tasked with executing critical training functions that support both foundational and advanced pilot certification requirements:
- Conducting comprehensive pilot ground school training and advanced simulator instruction for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
- Developing, preparing, and continuously refining training materials to support effective instructional delivery, ensuring all content meets sophisticated client needs and aligns strictly with the applicable curriculum and regulatory mandates.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
The ideal candidate must meet stringent professional and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to safety and operational excellence:
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by an ICAO member state.
- Applicants who do not currently hold an ATP Certificate must fully satisfy the prerequisites stipulated in US Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) 14 CFR part 61.153.
- Compliance with the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.64 without the Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation is mandatory.
- Successful candidates must be willing and able to participate fully in the company's federally mandated DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
