Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pilot ground and flight simulator training sessions for clients undertaking core, specialty, or enrichment training courses, ensuring a high standard of instructional delivery.
- Develop and meticulously prepare high-quality training materials, ensuring they effectively support training delivery and align with client needs and applicable curriculum standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations, training best practices, and technological advancements in flight simulation to provide relevant and current instruction.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- Candidates without an ATP certificate must meet the stringent requirements outlined in:
- 14 CFR part 61.153
- 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Ability and willingness to fully participate in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
