Aviation Training Specialist / Simulator Instructor
A leading aviation training organization is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Aviation Training Specialist to deliver professional flight and simulator instruction. Key Responsibilities
The Aviation Training Specialist performs critical functions related to professional pilot education and curriculum management, including:
- Conducting comprehensive pilot ground instruction and advanced simulator training for clients participating in core qualification, specialty, or professional enrichment training courses.
- Developing, preparing, and continuously refining high-quality training materials and documentation to support effective instructional delivery.
- Ensuring that all training practices and prepared materials strictly adhere to the applicable curriculum standards, regulatory requirements, and established client needs.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Successful applicants must satisfy the following critical requirements to be considered for this professional training position:
- Candidates must hold an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- If the applicant does not currently possess an ATP certificate, they must demonstrate that they meet all requirements specified under 14 CFR part 61.153.
- Must satisfy the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.64 without the Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Must possess the willingness and ability to fully participate in the Company's Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated Drug and Alcohol testing program.
