Experienced Aviation Professional - Flight Operations & Leadership Role
Position Overview
This pivotal role seeks an accomplished aviation professional to ensure the highest standards of operational safety and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous flight preparation, crew management, and proactive risk mitigation, contributing to seamless and secure flight operations within a demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Executes comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance procedures for all assigned operations.
- Leads essential pre-flight briefings, employing the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Minimum Flight Experience Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum flight experience criteria:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 500 hours
