Emirates Flight Training is seeking an experienced Synthetic Flight Examiner (Ground) to join their team in Dubai. This ground-based role focuses on pilot training and assessment within a Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence Based Training (EBT) framework, utilizing simulator technology.
The Synthetic Flight Examiner (Ground) will be responsible for conducting simulator pilot checks, licensing tests, and instructor assessments of competence. The position involves delivering simulator and ground-school training, evaluating pilot performance, and contributing to the development and enhancement of training programs and safety standards. This is a non-flying, ground-based position.
