Cabin Crew Training Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Excellence: Meticulously manage and interpret all training documentation, including learner records, certifications, and regulatory licensing, ensuring full compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Learner Coordination: Efficiently allocate learners to specific courses, manage daily operational changes, and reassign learners as needed.
- Resource Management: Oversee the distribution of training materials, including course books and manuals, guaranteeing timely access for all participants.
- Learner Support: Act as a primary point of contact for learner inquiries regarding training programs and certifications, liaising with relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
- Online Learning Facilitation: Monitor the completion status of mandatory online courses, communicate with facilitators regarding any incomplete training, and ensure timely completion.
- Digital Collaboration: Create, manage, and maintain updated content for various SharePoint and Team sites, ensuring seamless access to information for learners and facilitators.
- Technical Expertise: Provide comprehensive technical support to new joiners, facilitating their access to company applications and systems. Additionally, ensure all technical requirements within the Cabin Crew Training facility are met, including classroom setup and equipment functionality.
- Asset & Procurement Management: Maintain and update the database for Cabin Crew Training assets, supplies, and facilities, escalating any concerns to relevant stakeholders. Manage purchase orders, service requests, and requisitions on behalf of the team.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in In-Flight Service or In-flight Administration.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative and support role, preferably within a complex, multidisciplinary learning environment.
