Elite Jets has just added a quarterly bonus, profit share pay to all pilots. We have an outstanding pay/benefit package value of approximately $130K. A Great 6 on and 4 hard day off schedule, we will pay $1,000.00 plus $63.00 bonus for any hard day off worked, you have the option to say no to a request to work a hard day off , ask for the hard day-off pay, or swap for an extra hard day off.

Naples Florida area residence is required, this is mainly because we do a lot of out and back same day trips which means more nights at home then you will be away. It is not our model to airline pilots; in fact, it is a rare occasion. We cater to the South Florida market.

We currently have four Phenom 300’s, a Legacy 500, Gulfstream G550. We will be adding to our fleet in the near future. We upgrade from within our pilot group. Our aircraft are impeccably maintained by our own service Team. You will be assisted by our in-house line personnel. We are EFB approved and currently use Fltplan.com integrated with APG for W&B and performance, full electronic flight logs and duty logs on company supplied iPad. Our Operations staff handles all trip details, international handling passenger details etc.

If you are overnight, we typically stay a Hiltons and Marriot hotels, we will work with the crew for the hotel they prefer. You keep all the rewards points.

To be considered for this Phenom 300 Captain position the Phenom 300-EMB-505 type is required.

You will need:

* FAA ATP, First Class medical.
* 3500 hours Total Time -All aircraft fixed wing.
* 3000 Total PIC Time -All aircraft fixed wing.
* 3000 hours Multi Engine time fixed wing.
* 250 hours PIC IMC.

Best Candidate will have:

* EMB505 PIC type with 100 hours (prefer 250 hours)
* Preferred Part 135 Charter Experience.
