Position Summary
The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and the Elevate Jet General Operations Manual. Working in a collaborative crew environment, the PIC must demonstrate strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and a commitment to superior customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform safe and timely flights for private VIP Part 135/91 operations.

Ensure all aspects of aircraft readiness for upcoming trips.

Maintain consistent communication with operations.

Manage financial and operational records required for each flight.

Foster an environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
Requirements

Certifications:
Multi-Engine ATP with a Challenger 604/605/650 Type Rating (Required).

Total Flight Time:
3500 hours.

Multi-Engine Fixed-Wing:
2000 hours.

Instrument Time:
250 hours.

Time in Type:
250 hours preferred.

Medical:
Ability to hold an FAA First-Class Medical.

Safety Record:
No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents.

Documentation:
Valid Passport and ability to obtain/maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.

Compliance:
Must be compliant with ICAO Annex I - 2.1.10 regarding aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.

Legal:
U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company does not provide visa sponsorship.
Education and Experience

College degree preferred.

Previous FAR 135/91 experience preferred.
Physical Requirements and Travel

Travel is required 100% of the time.

Schedule rotation varies by aircraft.
