Key Responsibilities
As a Direct Entry First Officer, the responsibilities will include:
- Executing flights safely, efficiently, and punctually, with a paramount focus on achieving the highest quality standards and guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring meticulous flight preparation and execution in strict adherence to company operational standards.
- Collaborating closely with the flight crew, ground personnel, and air traffic control to ensure seamless and coordinated operations.
- Providing comprehensive support to the Commander in all operational aspects and demonstrating strong leadership and accountability when critical situations arise.
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of aircraft systems and consistently demonstrating responsible decision-making.
- As part of the company's Mixed Fleet Flying concept, the First Officer will also be deployed on the A320 fleet after a qualifying period, offering enhanced operational flexibility and diverse flying experience.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Holds an EASA Part-FCL ATPL license with a valid or maximum one-year expired A350/A330 Type Rating.
- A minimum of 1000 hours on the A350 and/or 2000 hours on the A330 aircraft.
- Possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Comprehensive documentation of flying experience, including current simulator and line checks.
- Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level / ICAO Level 4).
- An impeccable professional reputation and an integral, team-oriented personality with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Citizenship of Switzerland or an EU-27/EFTA member state.
