Key Responsibilities
The Pilot is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Edelweiss aircraft, ensuring punctuality, economical flight management, and upholding the highest quality standards for guest satisfaction.
- Prepares and executes flights in strict adherence to Edelweiss operational procedures and safety guidelines.
- Collaborates effectively with flight crew, ground personnel, and air traffic control to ensure seamless operations.
- Provides comprehensive support to the Commander and assumes deputizing responsibilities as required.
- Maintains expert knowledge of aircraft systems and exercises responsible decision-making in all operational aspects.

Qualifications & Requirements
Candidates must meet one of the following primary qualifications:
- Successful completion of an integrated ATPL training (EASA-Part-FCL) or modular training (at a flight school in the DACH region, holding a CPL license).
- Demonstrated initial flight experience as an Airline Pilot without an Airbus rating, or current service as a Military Pilot with the Swiss Air Force.
Additionally, all applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Citizenship of Switzerland, EU-27, or EFTA states.
- A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- Excellent proficiency in German and English (English skills at B2 level / ICAO Level 4).
- Possession of an impeccable record, demonstrating integrity, maturity, loyalty, strong social competence, and leadership potential.
