The Role: First Officer DHC-6 Twin Otter

The successful First Officer will operate within a small, dedicated team, often navigating highly demanding and challenging environments, including operations in high-risk countries. This critical role demands exceptional resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset to effectively manage unpredictable situations and diverse cultural contexts. First Officer Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Zimex's next recruitment round for First Officer positions on the DHC-6 Twin Otter will prioritize candidates who meet the following criteria. Applications from candidates who do not meet these requirements cannot be considered at this stage.

• Must either hold a valid DHC-6 Type Rating or possess a minimum of 1,000 total flight hours, including 70 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL (A) license.
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Valid EASA ME/IR rating.
• ICAO Language Proficiency English - Minimum Level 4.
• Advanced UPRT certificate or previous EASA type rating on HPA (High Performance Aircraft) or MPA (Multi-Pilot Aircraft).
• MCC (Multi-Crew Cooperation) certificate or 500 hours in multi-crew operations.
• FI (Flight Instructor) experience is preferred.
• Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination and Yellow Fever certificate for this position.
