Position Overview

ZIMEX Aviation is actively recruiting for the position of First Officer operating the DHC-6 Twin Otter. This recruitment drive specifically targets candidates who have already achieved a valid DHC-6 Type Rating or possess a minimum of 1,000 total flight hours. Required Qualifications

  • Must hold either a valid DHC-6 Type Rating or possess at least 1,000 total flight hours, including a minimum of 70 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
  • Valid EASA (frozen) ATPL (A) license.
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Valid EASA ME/IR rating.
  • ICAO Language Proficiency in English - Minimum Level 4.
  • Completion of Advanced UPRT, or prior EASA-type rating on HPA or MPAMCC.
  • Accumulation of 500 hours on multi-crew operations.
  • Flight Instructor (FI) experience is preferred.
  • Mandatory Covid-19 vaccination and a Yellow Fever certificate are required for this position.
