EVA Airways is seeking highly proficient First Officers to join their expanding team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and operations.
Candidates must possess a valid ICAO ATPL, JAA ATPL(A), or FAA ATPL with a first-class medical certificate. A frozen ATPL is not acceptable. A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours, including 500 hours in commercial multi-engine, multi-crew jet aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) greater than 20 tons, is required. Applicants must provide a no-incident/accident certificate issued by the relevant authority and previous employer. Furthermore, a minimum of five years of employment reference within the aviation industry is necessary, or two years of employment reference for those holding an Educational Bachelor's degree. An ICAO Aviation English Minimum Level Four certificate or FAA English Proficient certification is also essential.
This position offers a four-year contract with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. First Officers will receive a full salary starting from NTD $227,000 upon commencement of operational flights; during training, the salary is NTD $157,500. Benefits include a yearly bonus equivalent to one month's salary, encompassing basic salary, duty allowance, and incentive flying allowance. EVA Airways provides accommodation, and the schedule includes 8 consecutive days off each month. A comprehensive insurance package covers Medical Health Insurance and Loss of License Insurance. Travel benefits include privilege and concessional travel options for employees and eligible dependents, including parents. Annual leave starts at 22 calendar days per year, accruing with seniority. Additionally, up to 30 days of paid sick leave is provided annually.
