- Type Rating: A current ATR Type Rating is mandatory.

- Licensing: Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- License Acceptance: Applications are welcomed from ICAO license holders, provided they meet the requirements for EASA validation.
- Medical Certification: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
- English Proficiency: Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 is essential.

- Employment Commitment: The position requires the signing of a 24-month bond agreement.
