Essential Pilot Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and certifications:
- Aircraft Experience: Demonstrated and documented flight experience operating ATR aircraft variants is mandatory.
- Type Rating: A current and valid Type Rating is required for the ATR aircraft.
- License Holder: Candidates must hold a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) issued by an ICAO contracting state.
- License Qualifications: Must possess Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) endorsements.
- Medical Certification: A valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate is compulsory.
- English Language Proficiency: Must hold an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement at Level 4 or higher.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided by Danish Air Transport for successful international applicants.
Compliance and Administrative Prerequisites
Successful candidates must be capable of fulfilling all regulatory requirements mandated by EASA and the airline. These include, but are not limited to:
- EASA Certification
- The candidate must be able to successfully obtain a valid EASA license validation upon employment.
- Must successfully pass the comprehensive EASA-required background and security check.
- Must obtain a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate.
- Must obtain a valid EASA English language proficiency endorsement (Level 4 or above).
- Record and Residency
- The applicant must obtain or already hold a valid EU Residence Permit.
- A mandatory certificate confirming a zero-incident or zero-accident record, issued by the relevant aviation authority or previous employer, must be presented.
- The candidate must possess no prior criminal record.
- Contractual Commitment
- Employment is subject to a mandatory 24-month service bond agreement.
