PC-12 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) - Phoenix, AZ

Cutter Aviation seeks an energetic and knowledgeable aviation professional to serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of a Pilatus PC-12, based at Phoenix Sky Harbor. The PIC will engage in single-pilot operations, fulfilling the travel needs of the owner and performing on-demand charter flights. The PIC represents Cutter Aviation and therefore must demonstrate exceptional relationship-building and communication skills while delivering world-class customer service to both the owner and clients. This individual will also liaison with Cutter Flight Management on all phases of aircraft operations and support, serving as the company's external representative to aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrates an uncompromising commitment to safety.
Exhibits a desire to provide world-class service.
Functions as PIC on the PC-12 in Part 91 and 135 on-demand charter operations.
Maintains availability 24/7 year-round.
Adapts to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts.
Ensures compliance with FAA regulations pertaining to flight operations, qualifications, currency, fitness for flight, and aircraft compliance.
Follows established procedures for reporting irregularities during flights and ground checks, while maintaining accurate records.
Performs additional administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot.

Minimum Requirements:

Commercial and Instrument Rating (ATP Preferred)
Previous Turbojet Type Rating and/or Turboprop experience preferred
Current 1st Class Medical Certificate or ability to obtain one
No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years.
Knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Ability to train an SIC pilot to properly perform their functions.
A sincere desire to assist customers and be part of a team.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
Professional appearance and mannerisms.
Ability to develop a friendly rapport.

Excellent ability to multi-task.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.

PC-12 Preferred Requirements:

Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
1200 Total Flight Hours
500 Cross-Country Flight Hours
100 Night Flight Hours
75 Instrument Flight Hours (50 in actual flight)
Previous experience in on-demand charter operations
Previous FSI or Simuflite Training

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass a drug screening test.
Able to pass a background check.
Clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
