Key Responsibilities

- Manages comprehensive talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees, with a specific focus on aviation professionals.
- Provides expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment across diverse operational departments, including flight operations, maintenance, and administrative teams.
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and industry regulations.
- Supports benefits administration, payroll processing, and maintains accurate HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contributes to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, operational efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is required.
- Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the aviation or a similarly dynamic and highly regulated industry, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of HR best practices, federal and California labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a meticulous approach to HR administration.
