Aviation Professional - CRJ Pilot

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety above all else.
- Adhere to all schedules and directives governing aircraft operation under Part 135 On Demand regulations.
- Diligently execute pre-flight planning and meticulously prepare flight plans.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all passengers.
- Maintain the aircraft in pristine condition, ensuring it is fully stocked with necessary provisions for passenger safety and comfort.
- Adhere to company uniform standards at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid U.S. Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license.
- Minimum age of 23 years.
- Maintain a current first-class medical certificate (verification required during interview).
- Possess unrestricted work authorization and travel privileges within the United States.
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Possess a current passport.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. routinely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Hold an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE).
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
- No history of excessive check ride failures.
- Impeccable safety record with no prior aviation-related accidents or incidents.
- Residence within 120 minutes of reporting location to ensure timely arrival for dispatch calls during assigned duty periods.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, exhibiting professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to undergo and pass DOT-required pre-employment, FAA-mandated, and company random drug and alcohol tests.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive 10-year work history review, criminal background check, and fingerprinting.
- Unwavering commitment to adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
CRJ PIC Minimum and Recommended Flight Times:
- Total Time: 1500 hours minimum / 2500 hours recommended
- Pilot in Command Time: 500 hours minimum / 1000 hours recommended
- Multi-Engine Hours: 500 hours minimum / 1000 hours recommended
- Type Rating: CRJ200 type rating and currency are highly recommended
