Consolidated Pastoral Company is seeking a qualified Station Pilot to operate a Cessna 172 from the remote Madura Plains station in Western Australia. This role involves aerial operations for stock spotting, fire surveillance, and supply runs, alongside general station duties. Accommodation and meals are provided on this working sheep and cattle property in the Nullarbor region.

About the Role

• Operate a Cessna 172 aircraft.
• Conduct aerial operations including stock spotting, fire surveillance, and supply runs.
• Perform general station duties.
• Live and work in a remote station environment.

Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Licence (Aeroplane) - CPL(A).
• Required Cessna 172 type rating.
• Demonstrated Cessna 172 experience.
• Current Medical Certificate.
• Current and valid manual driver's licence.
• Ability to operate in controlled airspace with a current ASIC Card (Red).
• Capacity for remote station living and working.
• Willingness to undertake additional station roles as required.
• Ability to work in diverse weather and temperature conditions.
• Physical capability for tasks including walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and pulling equipment.
• Frequent ability to lift 5-10-20 kilograms and occasionally more.
• Ability to ascend and descend ladders.
