Global 7500/5000 Captain - Hillsboro, OR

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a qualified and experienced Captain to operate its Global 7500 and Global 5000 aircraft, based in Hillsboro, Oregon. The position is a full-time role, operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, with an anticipated flight time of 300 to 350 hours annually. While type-rated Captains are preferred, highly qualified non-type-rated Pilots in Command (PIC) will also be considered. Relocation to Hillsboro is not required.

The Captain will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range is $315,000 to $360,000 annually. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
  • Minimum of 1,000 hours turbine time.
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required.
  • Global 7500 or Global 5000 type rating preferred, with a minimum of 200 hours in type. PIC candidates with strong, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a type rating.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
  • Must comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
  • Successful completion of DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screening and background checks, and willingness to submit to random drug/alcohol tests as required.
  • Submission of full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including medical certificate, and completion of a disclosure form as part of the application process.

Positions in this classification are considered safety-sensitive under DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations.
