Captain - Gulfstream G600 (Part 91/135)

Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking two professional Captains to join our Part 91/135 operations, based in Oxford, CT. As part of a three-pilot account, the successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety, innovation, and service excellence while shaping the future of private aviation.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, non-contract position featuring approximately 300 annual flight hours (150 per pilot). Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Oxford, CT, or be willing to relocate. This is not a commutable position.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $330,000 – $390,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Certifications: ATP certificate required.
  • Flight Experience: Minimum 3,500 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC time; 1,000 hours turbine time.
  • Type Rating: Gulfstream G600 type certification is preferred (minimum 200 hours in type). Qualified PIC candidates without the type rating may be considered.
  • Operational Compliance: Ability to travel internationally without restriction; adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Regulatory Standards: Must pass pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screening and comprehensive background checks; subject to random drug/alcohol testing.
