Gulfstream G600 Captain - Part 91 & 135 Operations

Job Overview

A distinguished aviation organization is actively seeking a qualified Captain to operate its Part 91 and Part 135 compliant Gulfstream G600. This exciting opportunity is based in Oxford, CT. While candidates holding current type ratings for the G600 are strongly preferred, experienced Pilot-In-Command (PIC) candidates with exceptional qualifications may also be considered. Successful applicants are required to reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Oxford, CT, or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to meet this stipulation.

  • Operational Scope: Part 91 & 135, with an estimated annual flight time of 300 hours (approximately 150 hours for each operational segment).
  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position only.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.
  • A minimum of 2,000 hours of Pilot-In-Command (PIC) flight time.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of Turbine flight time.
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current G600 type rating with a minimum of 200 hours in type.
  • Non-typed PIC candidates with extensive and relevant experience will be considered.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to Oxford, CT, or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote or commutable position.
  • Must possess unrestricted authorization for international travel.
  • Must maintain strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and all company policies and procedures.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must be able to pass DOT/FAA drug and alcohol screenings and submit to random testing as required.
  • Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical certificate, are required as part of the application process.
  • A completed disclosure form will be required.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
