Available Positions and Compensation

NICHOLAS AIR offers competitive salary ranges across its Steel Jet and Black Jet programs. Compensation is based on experience and position:

• Fleet Manager: $250,000 – $500,000
• Captain: $150,000 – $340,000
• First Officer: $100,000 – $290,000
• Gulfstream G600 Program (Black Jet): $300,000 – $500,000

Requirements

Candidates must meet stringent quality standards to be considered for the NICHOLAS AIR flight line. The following criteria apply:

• Certification: An ATP Certificate is required for the advertised salary ranges.
• Salary Adjustment: Candidates without an ATP Certificate will receive a 15% reduction from the advertised salary rates.
• Location: This is a home-based position within the United States.
• Professionalism: Ability to provide "White Glove Customer Service" and represent a prestigious brand in private aviation.
