Position Overview
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated and full-time Cabin Attendant to provide unparalleled service and ensure the highest safety standards aboard a Gulfstream G650. This critical role involves comprehensive management of the aircraft cabin, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for all clients. The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for maintaining aircraft inventory, preparing the cabin with owner-specific preferences, and upholding the legendary standards of Clay Lacy Aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols while delivering superior passenger service.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of owner preferences, including dietary needs, allergies, and personalized requests.
- Meticulously update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and manage aircraft storage, ensuring all cabin supplies, bedding, and equipment are accounted for, in excellent condition, and readily accessible.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin amenities.
- Prepare the aircraft for flights by stocking necessary amenities, coordinating catering, and fulfilling special requests, ensuring a pristine cabin environment.
- Source, procure, and stock aircraft supplies according to owner preferences, managing inventory rotation and replacement.
- Proactively identify and report any cabin wear and tear to the Pilot in Command (PIC) or relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Safely manage the loading and unloading of aircraft items during maintenance or as required.
- Prepare the aircraft to the highest standards for client showings.
- Maintain schedule flexibility to accommodate owner travel needs and adapt to changes in flight schedules.
- Foster continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure operational efficiency and support.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or requested to support flight operations.
Aircraft & Location
- Aircraft: Gulfstream G650
- Base Location: White Plains, NY (KHPN)
- Residency Requirement: Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KHPN. This is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Operation: Part 91 (Minimum 250+ flight hours required).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $185,000 – $206,000

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 on large cabin private or corporate jets.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification (within the last 12 months), including CPR and First Aid, from an approved provider.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and provide client-centric solutions.
