Gulfstream G650 Cabin Attendant

Position Overview
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Cabin Attendant for a full-time position serving clients aboard a Gulfstream G650. This role is paramount in delivering an exceptional, seamless, and legendary in-flight experience, underscored by strict adherence to all safety protocols. The Cabin Attendant will oversee all aspects of cabin services, manage aircraft inventory, and ensure the cabin is impeccably prepared and stocked according to owner preferences. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining the aircraft’s cabin integrity and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation: $185,000 – $206,000 annually, with fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure stringent compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols while providing unparalleled service to passengers.
- Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the owner’s specific preferences, including dietary needs, allergies, and any personalized requests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date passenger profiles and meticulously manage aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and meticulously maintain owner lockers, storage areas, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and in optimal condition.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepare the aircraft with all necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and correctly positioned prior to each flight.
- Source, procure, and stock the aircraft with owner-requested and preferred items, managing supply rotation and timely replenishment.
- Proactively identify and address any issues related to cabin wear and tear, coordinating effectively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or relevant departments.
- Safely manage the offloading and on-loading of aircraft items during maintenance events or as otherwise required.
- Expertly stage the aircraft for showings to prospective charter clients, ensuring it presents to the highest possible standards.
- Maintain schedule flexibility to accommodate the owner's travel requirements and adapt to potential flight schedule changes.
- Foster continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure operational efficiency and provide necessary support.
- Undertake other duties as assigned or requested by management.
Travel Expectations
This role involves domestic and international travel, which may include prolonged overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations within a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KHPN. This is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Hold an active Food Handler Certification.
- Possess a valid, unexpired passport.
- Maintain a current Emergency Training certification from an approved provider (completed within the past 12 months), including CPR and First Aid.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments, unless on a scheduled day off.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
