Lead Captain - Gulfstream G650ER

This esteemed aviation operation seeks an experienced and motivated Lead Captain to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, a proven track record in aviation, and exemplary communication skills, fostering strong relationships with both crew and aircraft owners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide unwavering leadership and guidance to the flight crew.
- Ensure smooth and efficient flight operations while adhering to the highest safety standards.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with aircraft owners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications:
- 5,000 hours of total flight time.
- 3,000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) experience.
- 1,000 hours of Turbine aircraft experience.
- ATP certification and Gulfstream G650 Type Rating are strongly preferred, with a minimum of 200 hours in Type.
- Unrestricted travel ability to all EU countries, Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Successful completion of DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks, and adherence to random drug/alcohol testing protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates residing within a two-hour commute of Jacksonville, Florida. However, commuters with reasonable travel times will be considered.
