Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $143,000.00

This full-time Cabin Attendant position supports a Pt 91 Gulfstream GIVSP based in Tulsa, OK, operating approximately 150 flight hours annually.

The Cabin Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft. This role manages the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all clientele. The position involves meticulously maintaining the aircraft's inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked precisely according to the owner’s preferences.

Key responsibilities include ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing unparalleled service to passengers. The attendant will cultivate detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests, regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records.

Duties involve organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are meticulously accounted for and well-maintained through routine inventory checks. The attendant prepares the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight. This includes sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.

The role requires proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department. The attendant safely offloads and on-loads aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required and sets up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards. Maintaining continuous communication with In-Flight Services management is essential for smooth operations and support. A flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s flight schedule is paramount, including adjusting to changes as necessary.
