Position Overview

Currently, Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated Captain to join its Part 91 operations based in Seattle, Washington. While candidates with existing type ratings are preferred, highly qualified Pilot-in-Command (PIC) candidates without a type rating may be considered. Applicants are required to reside within a two-hour driving distance of the operational base or demonstrate a willingness to relocate to fulfill this requirement.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.
  • A minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine aircraft flight time.
  • An Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
  • Type certification for the Global 7500 is preferred, with a minimum of 200 hours in type. Exceptional PIC candidates with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
  • Must maintain residency within a two-hour driving commute or be willing to relocate accordingly.
  • Possess unrestricted authorization to travel internationally.
  • Strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, operational specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies and procedures is required.
  • Successful completion of DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks is mandatory. Applicants will also be subject to random drug and alcohol testing as required.
  • Submission of full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both front and back), including the pilot medical certificate, and completion of a disclosure form are required as part of the application process.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
