Captain, Gulfstream G500 (Part 91) - Reno, NV
[Company Name] is seeking a highly qualified Captain for a Part 91 Gulfstream G500 aircraft based in Reno, Nevada. This is a full-time position supporting approximately 200 flight hours annually.
The ideal candidate will possess a Gulfstream GVII type rating; however, highly qualified Pilots in Command (PIC) with extensive relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply. This position requires the successful candidate to reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Reno or be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Gulfstream G500 in compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company operations manuals, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of all flights, domestically and internationally.
- Maintain unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate required.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Turbine time.
- Gulfstream GVII Type Certification (G500/G600) is preferred, with a minimum of 200 hours in type; however, PIC candidates demonstrating strong relevant experience may be considered.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of Reno, NV, or be willing and able to relocate. This is not a commutable position.
- Ability to successfully pass DOT/FAA drug screening, background checks, and submit to random drug/alcohol tests as required.
- Provide full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical certificate, and complete a disclosure form as part of the application process.
- This position is classified as safety-sensitive under DOT/FAA regulations.
