Cabin Attendant - Gulfstream GIVSP (Part 91)

Position Summary:
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a highly professional and experienced Cabin Attendant for a Part 91 Gulfstream GIVSP based in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service while strictly adhering to all safety protocols onboard the aircraft. The Cabin Attendant will manage the overall operation of the aircraft’s cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all Clay Lacy clientele. The role also involves maintaining the aircraft’s inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked according to owner’s preferences. The position supports approximately 150 flight hours annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers.
- Maintains detailed knowledge of the owner’s food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
- Regularly updates passenger profiles and maintains accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organizes and maintains owner storage spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.
- Conducts routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Prepares the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight.
- Sources, shops for, and stocks the aircraft with the owner’s requested and preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
- Proactively identifies and addresses any issues related to aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department.
- Safely offloads and on-loads aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.
- Sets up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- Maintains a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary.
- Maintains continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Travel Expectations:
Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.
- Must reside within a 2-hour drivable commute range from the aircraft's base in Tulsa, OK. This is not a commutable position.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Valid passport is required.
- Current emergency training certificate from an approved training facility, completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Completion of CLA Indoctrination training.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to be "on-call" unless on a scheduled day off.
