Clay Lacy Aviation presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly qualified and experienced Captain to join its flight operations team. This full-time position is for a Captain on a brand-new Gulfstream G700, based in Oxford, CT (KOXC), operating under a combination of Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting approximately 400 flight hours annually, ensuring safe, efficient, and luxurious air travel for Clay Lacy Aviation's esteemed clientele.
Compensation and Benefits
This role features a highly attractive and competitive compensation plan, with an annual salary ranging from $360,000 to $370,000. Key Responsibilities
- Exercise the highest level of command authority and responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream G700.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company operations manuals, operations specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relations, consistently delivering customer-centric solutions and an exceptional service experience.
- Collaborate effectively with flight crews, ground support teams, and internal departments to achieve shared operational objectives.
- Demonstrate outstanding pilot skills consistent with the demanding requirements of corporate and charter aviation.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Total Time: Minimum of 3,500 hours.
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: Minimum of 2,000 hours.
- Turbine Time: Minimum of 1,000 hours.
- Certification: An Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is required.
- Type Rating: Gulfstream G700 Type Certification is preferred, with a minimum of 200 hours in type. However, non-typed PIC candidates with strong relevant experience in large cabin aircraft will be given full consideration.
- Residency: Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance to Oxford, CT (KOXC), or be willing to relocate. This is strictly a non-commutable position.
- Travel: Unrestricted ability to travel internationally is essential.
- Skills: Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong teamwork acumen with the profound ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Compliance: Ability to comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, and policies.
- Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment DOT/FAA drug screen and comprehensive background check, and be willing to submit to random drug/alcohol tests as required.
- Application Submission: Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical, as well as completion of a disclosure form, will be required as part of the application process.
