Lead Captain - Bombardier Challenger 605
Position Overview
An exceptional opportunity exists for a qualified aviator to assume the role of Lead Captain. This position is responsible for commanding a Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft, operating under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 91, from our base in Oxford, Connecticut (KOXC). The Lead Captain will serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) as assigned, ensuring the meticulous adherence to all flight and maintenance schedules, as well as other directives governing the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) as designated for flight operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable FAA Part 91 and/or FAA Part 135 requirements pertinent to the assigned aircraft type.
- Maintain the aircraft's operational readiness and adherence to flight and maintenance schedules.
- Uphold all directives governing the aircraft's operation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
- Proficiency and currency in a Bombardier CL-604 / CL-604A type rating are required.
- A current First Class Medical certificate is essential.
- Must remain current with all flight and regulatory requirements.
