Lead Captain – Challenger 605 (Part 91)
A premier private flight operation is actively seeking a highly professional and experienced Lead Captain (Pilot in Command) for its Part 91 Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft. This full-time position is permanently based at the operator's facility in Oxford, CT (KOXC).
The successful candidate will be responsible for safe, efficient, and compliant worldwide flight operations. The operator strongly prefers candidates who possess the Challenger Type Certification; however, highly qualified Pilots in Command who are not currently type rated may also be considered.

Minimum Professional Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours Total Flight Time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Turbine Time.
- Type Certification (e.g., CL-604/CL-605) is preferred.
- Unrestricted ability to travel internationally, including to the European Union (EU), Canada, and the Caribbean is required.
- Must be capable of performing additional operational duties as assigned by management.
Operational and Residency Requirements
Due to the critical nature of the operation, candidates must currently reside within a two-hour drivable commute distance of the Oxford, CT (KOXC) base, or must be willing to relocate promptly to satisfy this requirement. Limited consideration may be given to applicants with exceptionally reasonable commuting arrangements.

- Willingness to submit to random DOT/FAA drug and alcohol tests as required.
- Submission of full, legible, color copies (both sides) of all FAA certificates, including the current Medical Certificate.
