Overview
Chick-fil-A is seeking a professional Pilot to join our aviation team. The Pilot is accountable to the Director of Aviation for the safe conduct of assigned flights in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) holds exclusive and final authority regarding flight operations in accordance with CFR 91.3, ensuring safety remains the priority in all weather conditions and operational scenarios. Responsibilities
The Pilot is responsible for the safe and compliant operation of aircraft, including adherence to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations and all international/local regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Leading flight crews by upholding company Vision, Mission, Values, and Operating Principles.

Completing thorough pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel requirements, weight and balance calculations, and flight filing.

Ensuring all dispatch documents, aeronautical charts, and aircraft manuals are current and on board.

Conducting post-flight inspections, debriefs, and communicating maintenance defects to the technical team.

Monitoring flight and duty time limitations as defined in the Flight Operations Manual (FOM).

Briefing passengers and crew, ensuring compliance with customs, immigration, and cabotage laws.

Managing administrative duties, including expense reporting and aircraft security.

Acting as Trip Lead when assigned to coordinate schedule status, maintenance issues, and international progress.

Mentoring crew members and performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Aviation.
Required Qualifications

Second-in-Command (SIC) Requirements:
Minimum of 1,500 hours total time or 500 hours turbine time; experience in multi-engine, turbojet airplanes, preferably in executive air transportation.

Must meet all regulatory requirements to obtain qualifications in the make and model of company aircraft.

Must hold a valid radio telephone license and possess documented English proficiency.

Must maintain a minimum of a Second-Class Medical Certificate (First-Class preferred annually).
Preferred Qualifications

Captain Requirements:
Minimum of 3,000 hours total time, including 500 hours PIC turbine and 1,000+ hours in multi-engine turbine, preferably in executive air transportation; must hold an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.

Experience with Embraer EMB-550 aircraft.

Experience operating within BASC or IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operators) environments.

Completion of authorized type-rating training within the last twelve months and possession of a valid pro card or equivalent.
