Responsibilities
- Act as a Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft based in Toronto.
- Ensure the safe conduct of all flights.
- Support daily operation activities during available reserve days.
- Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are met.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, encouraging the sharing of ideas, improvements, and solutions among colleagues.
- Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
- Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
- Valid Transport Canada Medical.
- Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 1000 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC) in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- A positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support client needs.
