Responsibilities

  • Act as a Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 605 aircraft based in Toronto.
  • Ensure the safe conduct of all flights.
  • Support daily operation activities during available reserve days.
  • Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are met.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, encouraging the sharing of ideas, improvements, and solutions among colleagues.
  • Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional client experience.
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical.
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 1000 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC) in a multi-engine aircraft (turbine time preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
  • A positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support client needs.
