Chartright Air Group is seeking a Captain for the Challenger 300 aircraft in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time, regular position involves operating as the Captain on a dedicated three-pilot crew, ensuring safe flight operations, and contributing to daily operational activities.
About the Role

Act as Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft in Toronto, as part of a three-pilot crew.

Ensure all flights are conducted safely and in accordance with regulations.

Support daily operation activities during available reserve days.

Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet operational and service requirements.

Foster a collaborative environment and encourage the sharing of ideas and solutions among co-workers.

Provide direct customer service to clients, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
Requirements

Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA.

Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating.

Valid Transport Canada Medical certificate.

Canadian Radio Telephone License.

Minimum of 3000 hours total flight time.

Minimum of 1000 multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.

Minimum of 500 jet PIC hours.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.

Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance.

Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.

A positive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships across the organization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to support client needs.

Previous international flying experience (Europe & South America) is required.
