- Educational Attainment: Must have successfully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Experience: Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member, particularly with A320/321/330 aircraft type qualifications, is highly advantageous. However, aspiring candidates without prior Cabin Crew experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Physical Requirements:
- Female applicants must meet a minimum height of 5'3" (approximately 160 cm).
- Male applicants must meet a minimum height of 5'7" (approximately 170 cm).
- All candidates must successfully complete a reach test of 210 cm.
- Must be physically fit to undergo comprehensive training and competently perform all duties and responsibilities inherent to the Cabin Crew role.
- Nationality & Residency: This opportunity is open exclusively to Filipino nationals currently residing in the Philippines.
