Prospective Cabin Crew members are expected to meet the following basic qualifications and embody essential qualities:

• Candidates must have finished at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
• Previous experience as a Cabin Crew is preferred, particularly with A320/321/330 qualifications.
• Applicants must meet the minimum height requirement of 5'3 for females and 5'7 for males, along with a reach test of 210 cm.
• Candidates without prior experience as a Cabin Crew are welcome to apply.
• The position is open to Filipino nationals based in the Philippines only.
• Proficiency in both Filipino and English languages is required.
• Applicants must be physically fit to undergo training and perform the roles and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew.
• A customer-centric mindset is essential.
• Confidence and creativity in problem-solving are valued qualities.
• Candidates must be willing to be based outside of Manila, if necessary.

Assessment Day Attire:

Strict compliance with business attire is required during the assessment day.

• Male applicants should wear pants/trousers and a short-sleeved polo. Blazers, coats, or jackets are not required.
• Female applicants should wear a short-sleeved inner top, a blazer or jacket, and a knee-length skirt. Hair must be tied in a bun with appropriate make-up.
