The airlines are seeking candidates who meet the following basic qualifications and embody essential qualities:

• Must have completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
• Previous experience as a Cabin Crew is preferred, particularly with A320/321/330 qualifications.
• Candidates without prior Cabin Crew experience are welcome to apply.
• Must meet minimum height requirements: 5'3" for females and 5'7" for males, along with a reach test of 210 cm.
• Must be a Filipino national currently based in the Philippines.
• Must be proficient in both Filipino and English languages.
• Must be physically fit to successfully undergo training and perform the duties and responsibilities of a Cabin Crew member.
• Must possess a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Must demonstrate confidence and creativity in problem-solving.
• Must be willing to be based outside of Metro Manila, if required.
