Role Overview
Cabin Crew members are representatives of the airline, responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests while delivering an exceptional in-flight experience. This role involves upholding high standards of safety and service, acting as a liaison between guests and flight crew, and performing duties with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest safety and security onboard in accordance with regulatory and company policies.
- Execute safety-related procedures and emergency drills as outlined in the Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP) Manual.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of emergency protocols and perform them accurately when required.
- Ensure all galley equipment and stores are securely stowed and conduct pre-flight inspections of cabin areas.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive passenger safety briefings in compliance with operating procedures.
- Maintain exceptional public conduct and represent the brand both in and out of uniform.
- Report safety hazards or irregularities directly to the Pilot in Command.
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a memorable guest experience.
- Ensure adherence to all customs, immigration, and health requirements.
- Accurately complete required reports and documentation, such as Cabin Defects Logs and incident reports.
- Promote the brand image through exceptional service and behavior.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for people, travel, and creating memorable experiences.
- Confidence, proactivity, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated energetic, driven, and adventurous qualities.
- Prior flying experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must meet regulatory requirements for Cabin Crew, including minimum age, height, health, and fitness standards.
- Clear complexion with no apparent blemishes or scars.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform.
- Healthy teeth with no braces, visible damage, decay, or crookedness.
- Weight and height must be symmetrical and within Body Mass Index (BMI) considerations: 18.5-22 for females and 18.5-23 for males.
- Minimum height requirement: 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males.
Technical Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of in-flight safety and emergency procedures.
- Ability to perform pre- and post-flight equipment and safety checks.
- Basic report writing and documentation skills for flight and incident records.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
