Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew member is entrusted with a comprehensive range of responsibilities essential to ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and a premium inflight experience. Key duties include:
- Executing safety, first aid, and security procedures to the highest international standards.
- Acting as a dedicated brand ambassador, committed to providing genuine and personalised experiences for all customers.
- Delivering exceptional service excellence by proactively creating memorable inflight moments and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
- Attending to passenger needs with professionalism, empathy, and a caring approach.
- Embracing diversity and demonstrating thoughtfulness and attentiveness, especially towards customers requiring additional assistance.
- Operating as an outstanding team player within a culturally diverse environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Adapting confidently, tactfully, and flexibly to various situations that may arise during flights.
- Upholding all inflight policies and meticulously complying with aviation regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Completion of high school education or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English, alongside fluency in at least one of the following additional languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Putonghua, Sinhala, Thai, or Vietnamese. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
- Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industries is advantageous.
As this is a safety-sensitive role, successful candidates will also be required to meet the following criteria:
- Successfully pass all mandated pre-employment reference checks.
- Demonstrate the physical fitness necessary to meet the demanding requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted in strict adherence to the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B.
English Language Assessment Exemption:
Candidates may be exempt from the English Assessment if they possess:
- A valid TOEIC® (Public Test) score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.
- A valid IELTS (Academic) overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.
