Key Responsibilities

The Flight Attendant is primarily responsible for:

• Upholding the highest standards of safety, first aid, and security procedures.
• Acting as a distinguished brand ambassador, providing genuine and personalized experiences to all customers.
• Delivering exceptional service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Attending to customer needs with care and professionalism.
• Embracing diversity and demonstrating thoughtfulness and care, especially towards customers requiring additional assistance.
• Functioning as an excellent team player within a culturally diversified environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
• Adapting to diverse situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility.
• Adhering to all inflight policies and complying with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must fulfill the following essential requirements:

• Possess the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, along with at least one additional language from the following: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Putonghua, Sinhala, Thai, or Vietnamese. Proficiency in Putonghua is considered an advantage.
• Exhibit strong communication skills.
• Achieve a minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
• Previous experience within the airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.

As this is a safety-sensitive position, successful candidates will be required to:

• Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records.
• Demonstrate physical fitness through a pre-employment medical assessment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test, conducted in accordance with HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B.

Candidates may be exempt from the English assessment if they provide valid scores from:

• TOEIC^® (Public Test): A score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening.
• IELTS (Academic): An overall Band Score of 6.0 or above.

Score reports must be valid and uploaded with the application, subject to verification during the recruitment process.
