About the Role

AAP Aviation, operating Finnair crew bases in Hong Kong and Singapore since 2015, and Delhi since 2019, is actively seeking outstanding male and female Cabin Crew members to join its Hong Kong team. Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Academic achievement equivalent to HKCEE with a minimum Grade E in five subjects, including Level 2 or above in English and Chinese Language, or HKDSE with a minimum Level 2 in five New Senior Secondary School subjects, including English and Chinese Language. Equivalent qualifications will also be considered.
• Minimum height of 162 cm, with the ability to reach 218 cm barefoot.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Candidates must possess the legal right of abode in Hong Kong.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Hong Kong on a full-time, permanent basis.
• Distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better in both eyes, with or without corrective lenses.
• Normal colour vision and hearing.
• Good general health, meeting or exceeding EASA Part Med Cabin Crew and Finnair regulations. This typically means no long-term medical conditions requiring continuous or recurrent medication or regular follow-up.
• Successful candidates will undergo drug testing as part of the selection process prior to final clearance.
• No visible tattoos, piercings, or dental jewelry are permitted.

Required Competencies and Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to swim 50 meters continuously and unassisted. Further assessments will occur during the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong service orientation.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin and/or proficiency in any European language is highly advantageous.

• Previous Cabin Crew experience is preferred. Relevant working experience in international service industries or the healthcare sector will be considered an asset.

• Ability to work independently, manage challenging tasks, and perform effectively under pressure.

• An intensive 8-week training program will be conducted in Finland.
